He has obtained his doctoral degree from Brooklyn campus of the University of Emery and his masters degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.Dr. Yang has profound theoretical knowledge and rich teaching experience, which can teach theoretical knowledge of college nutrition, provide effective health nutrition knowledge for students, carry out teaching and practical research of nutrition, help students master practical knowledge and skills, and promote students career development.In nutrition teaching, Dr. Yang guides students to think deeply through the teaching way of profound and shallow, helps students to complete learning tasks, improves students learning ability and learning effect.
