山东省营养师协会是山东省营养、食品卫生行业专业性组织，由营养师、营养专家、食品卫生专家、餐饮业从业者等组成，旨在建立一个集政策发布、信息交流、专业服务、科技研究、行业培训于一体的营养与食品卫生行业组织。山东省营养师协会制定实施了《营养师协会章程》，明确了协会的宗旨、组织架构、协会的管理机构和职责，以及会员的义务、权利等。此外，协会还组织召开营养专业培训，增加会员的专业知识，提高营养师和营养专家的职业技能；定期发行《营养信息》等期刊，介绍全国最新的营养发展趋势及其影响；组织营养师参加国际、国内会议及营养相关的展览会，以及山东省营养师协会组织的各类学术活动。山东省营养师协会的宗旨在于，坚持“以营养促进健康，以健康推动发展”的宗旨，服务营养行业，推进营养与食品卫生行业发展，促进营养师和营养专家的专业发展，助力营养行业实现可持续发展。山东省营养师协会将按照“政策、学术、服务”的原则，开展营养师、营养专家、食品卫生专家、餐饮业从业者等的职业认证工作，为营养行业提供专业服务，推动行业健康发展，推动营养与食品卫生行业的可持续发展。山东省营养师协会将继续加强与国内外营养行业相关的国际合作，加强与行业内部组织的交流和合作，推动营养师、营养专家、食品卫生专家、餐饮业从业者等的专业发展，以及营养与食品卫生行业的健康发展，提升行业的专业水平，提高山东省营养师的职业能力，促进山东省营养与食品卫生行业的可持续发展。Shandong Nutritionist Association is a professional organization in the nutrition and food hygiene industry in Shandong Province, composed of nutritionists, nutrition experts, food hygiene experts, catering industry practitioners and so on.
